StayCool Maintenance & Servicing

When you make an investment in refrigeration or air conditioning equipment it is very likely that the equipment is critical to the success of your business. Just as you would maintain your vehicle fleet, it makes good business sense to maintain your purchase in the best condition possible to ensure optimum performance and reliability. Our national service team is organised directly from our service centre and is geared to receive calls, faxes and emails 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All calls are logged into our service management system, which makes it possible for us to give you, the customer, real time update reports.

A national team of engineers is co-ordinated by our call centre to respond promptly to service calls. Service vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a range of spares to ensure timely fault diagnosis and the highest possible ratio of first time fixes.

Service agreements packages are available to best suit the specific requirements of your business. An asset register identifying the equipment covered by the agreement is maintained on our service management system. Performance monitoring data is measured against a series of key performance indicators, to provide us with essential preventative maintenance information.

At Staycool we believe that consideration for our enviroment is a an important issue and a major responsibility for the refrigeration industry. Over the years the depletion of the ozone layer has been partly due to the release of refrigerant gases into the atmosphere. This is now illegal.

Therefore, we ensure our engineers are fully trained and are fully qualified in refrigerant handling to remove and to dispose of refrigerant gases in the correct procedures.

We are also fully approved electrical contractors enabling us to provide the complete installation package.
